Deloitte survey expects an average increment of 11.3% for India - April 23, 2013

A Deloitte survey found that India Inc would be giving our an average wage hike of 11.3% while those employees working in pharma, health care and life sciences would be receiving a hike of 13.15 in their salary. The average hike in 2012 was 12%. The average attrition rate on the other hand is 14%, 17% in ITES, 16% in media and advertisement, 14% in pharma and infrastructure-real estate sector each.
