A global report, “13th Antal annual global snapshot” has tabulated that hiring in professional and managerial positions has gone down to 40%, a 7% drop from the previous year. However, it is also estimated that it would increase to 43% in no time. This is the lowest in Asia and pressure of producing more output is the main reason for this downturn in hiring.
