A jobbuzz survey among 1300 respondents showed that 27% of them want their bosses to be motivators, 18% wanted their bosses to give freedom to take decisions, 17% wished for bosses who could understand team issues, 12% wanted such bosses who appreciated and valued creativity, 11% favoured bosses who were democratic and 2% favoured those who could micro manage.
