Maruti plans to increase its proportion of working women in engineering roles - April 23, 2013

Women presently make up 13% of engineers, 9% in braking and suspension, and 7% in power generation. Of the 4% projected increase in hiring, Maruti plans to increase the number of women it hires in the engineering department by 33%.
