10:45 – 11:45:  Training in Trade Union Campaigning by Tim Noonan ITUC Campaigns and Communications Director (half of the group 1 hour and then the other group 1 hour)

11:45 – 12:30:  Best practice, experience from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine 

12:30 – 13:00:  Problem shoot - Appointments to be made

13:00 – 14:00 - Lunch

14:00 – 16:00 – Country Group sessions: finalise trade union campaign plan
