Liechtenstein - Wage difference analysis of Postal company - August 31, 2020

On request of the trade union the Postal company performed a wage analysis. The results of this analysis were presented at Equal Pay Day. The analysis showed that the wage difference between men and women stands at 2.4% which is quite an improvement. In 2017 the difference was still 6.6% at the Postal company. Equal and fair pay is not only an important asset for employees, but the company also benefits because they make them more loyal to the employer.
