It is also important to note that the national minimum wage of part-time employees shall be calculated pro rata at the same hourly rate of comparable full-time employees as applicable in accordance with the minimum wage of the of the relevant Wage Regulation Order, or in cases where a Wage Regulation Order is not applicable, at an hourly rate not below the national standard minimum wage applicable divided by forty.

Wages per month are calculated as 4.33 times if a weekly wage is defined. It is calculated as 4.33 times the standard hours per week if an hourly wage is given.
